External form submission

• Client completes external application form.
• Application instantly appears in Application dashboard.

IBV form filling

• Successful connection of IBV to client’s bank results in automatic acceptance of client’s application
• Application then proceeds to the Document or Validation step (if IBV was the only required document)

IBV form not completed by the client

• Application remains visible on the dashboard
• Agent can manually accept the application at any time

IBV form completed & connected,but does not meet all conditions

• Application still appears on the dashboard with the IBV logo next to the client’s name 
• Agent can manually accept the application at any time
