Go to:
Access the profile of each employee authorized to respond to SMS messages.
SMS Activation:
Add the «Conversation» group.
Access new conversations:
All new conversations are centralized in the «Conversations» tab on the left menu.
View exchanges with a specific client:
Go to the client’s profile and click on the «Conversation» tab in the right menu.
