As an Artificial Intelligence Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing AI-powered solutions to improve decision-making, automation, and user experience. Develop and optimize AI models – Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analysis, risk assessment, fraud detection, and other key applications tailored to our needs.

Data processing and transformation – Analyze and preprocess structured and unstructured data to enhance model performance.

Process automation – Implement AI-driven solutions to streamline operations and improve the customer experience.

Natural Language Processing (NLP) – Develop NLP models to enhance customer interactions, chatbots, and automated support.

Collaboration with product teams – Work closely with data engineers and product managers to integrate AI solutions into the flovver platform.

Monitoring and continuous improvement – Track model performance, fine-tune algorithms, and enhance AI solutions based on real-world results.

Ethical AI and compliance – Ensure models align with financial regulations, security requirements, and ethical AI principle

The perfect fit

• You have strong proficiency in Python and AI tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• You are comfortable with machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis.
• You enjoy collaborating with teams and explaining technical concepts to non-experts.
• You have a curious mindset and are always looking for ways to optimize and improve existing solutions.
