DevOps

The role of DevOps aims to facilitate collaboration between our development teams and the chief information security officer in order to improve the quality, speed, and efficiency of the processes associated with the distribution of our loan management solutions. This includes the implementation of automated tools and procedures for the development, assessment, and deployment of our platform, as well as the constant monitoring and improvement of the systems in operation.

• Development and Deployment Process Automation: Implement automated tools and processes for development, testing, and software deployment to enhance efficiency and delivery speed.
• Configuration Management: Manage and maintain system configuration to ensure the stability and reliability of modules and features in production.
• Production system monitoring: Continuously monitor production systems to quickly identify and resolve issues, minimize downtime, and improve application availability.
• Security Management: Collaborate with the CISO and security teams to ensure the security of systems and data in production.
• Collaborate with development teams: Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and reliable delivery of new functionality.
• Process Optimization: continue to optimize processes to improve the quality, speed and efficiency of software deliveries.

• Technical knowledge: strong knowledge of systems, networking, virtualization, storage, databases, and software development.
• Automation Experience: experience implementing automated tools and processes for building, testing, and deploying software.
• Security knowledge: knowledge of system and data security to ensure the security of applications in production.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work closely with development and operations teams to ensure timely and reliable delivery of new functionality.
• Good communication: the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different teams to resolve issues quickly and maximize the quality of deliveries.
• Flexibility and adaptability: the ability to quickly adapt to technological changes and team requests to improve processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: the ability to analyze technical problems and find solutions to improve the quality, speed and efficiency of deliveries.

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect, or similar role;
• Holding a technical college degree in programming;
• Understanding and experience with operating systems (Linux/Windows);
• Good knowledge of HTML, Python, MySQL, Javascript, etc.;
• Knowledge of development tools (GIT, Terraform, Puppet, Docker, Elasticsearch, etc.);
• Strong experience with Amazon Web Services
• Passionate about and engaged in the user experience and business outcomes;
• Proficiency in French and good knowledge of English;
