Go Libe, an innovator in financial education, contacted us for a collaboration. They wanted to establish a flexible financing solution to make training programs more accessible to their clientele. The main initiative was to launch a program that facilitates access to education without financial barriers, thus allowing more individuals to improve their skills and career prospects. Go Libe aims to democratize education and actively support professional development.

The Challenge

For Golibe, the challenge was to design a financial management platform that not only democratizes access to educational training but also efficiently manages financial transactions between all involved parties. It was about creating a system capable of processing payments to instructors while ensuring easy repayment for clients. An additional complexity was the need for Golibe to innovate in the sector without having a traditional system of guarantees for cases of non-payment, which is crucial because the structure requires immediate payment to instructors, regardless of delays or defaults in payment by clients. Given that Golibe positions itself as a unique model in the Quebec landscape, it was imperative to develop a robust, flexible, and secure solution, one that not only meets the specific needs of their innovative business model but also actively contributes to the expansion and strengthening of their business in an ever-evolving market.

The Solution

In response to the challenge identified for Golibe, the adopted strategy involved the implementation of our custom financial management system, FinX. This solution has been finely tuned to specifically meet Golibe's requirements, providing integrated and automated management of the entire educational financing cycle. The system includes features ranging from the initial application submission to the regulation of payments with parties, including an accurate assessment of client eligibility and the automatic creation of tailored contracts. Furthermore, this solution enhances interaction with clients through real-time alerts via SMS and email, while providing an intuitive user platform that allows easy and secure access to account information and necessary documents. This comprehensive approach allows Golibe to overcome financial and operational obstacles, while promoting increased access to education for its clients.

The Result

The major outcome of this collaboration has been Golibe's increased ability to offer training to a wider audience, including individuals who, without this initiative, could not have afforded such educational opportunities in the short term. Our goal is to support the community by facilitating access to education.
