Hear Canada, a leader in the auditory services sector with a wide network of clinics, sought an accessible financial solution to ease access to hearing aids for their clients. Their goal was to introduce an interest-free loan program, aimed at removing financial barriers and enabling more people to enhance their lives through improved hearing. Hear Canada aimed to make auditory care more accessible and actively support their community.

The Challenge

For Hear Canada, the challenge was to develop a sophisticated and customized loan management solution.. This platform was intended not only to streamline the loan granting process but also to automate repetitive tasks, significantly reducing the time spent on manual management and contract creation. A major goal was to shorten customer wait times and efficiently centralize necessary documents. Given the complexity of managing an extensive network of over 100 clinics across Canada, the platform needed to allow customization for each clinic, adapt to loans of varying amounts and durations, and ease the importation and monitoring of clients with active loans.

The Solution

In response to Hear Canada's challenge, the implemented solution was the integration of our loan management software, FinX. Tailored to Hear Canada's unique needs, this platform allowed for the full automation of their loan processes, covering everything from application forms to payment management and bad debt handling, including eligibility criteria assessment and automatic contract generation. Additionally, the solution enhanced customer experience with SMS and email notifications and included a customized user portal for immediate tracking and direct access to loan-related information and documents.
